SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)
These terms apply to all SMS text messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by New Age Adaptation LLC. By checking the SMS consent box on any form on this site or otherwise opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
New Age Adaptation may send text messages related to your inquiry, demo booking confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications about services discussed, account and project updates for active clients, and occasional operational announcements. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
Consent
You must explicitly consent to receive messages by checking the opt-in box on our website forms, submitting a paper form, or verbally confirming during a call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service engagement.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typical frequency is up to 10 messages per month. You may receive more during active project engagement and fewer otherwise.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
